· We’re not new to this business! Satellite Video was established in 1981, and we’ve been doing quality work on all types of home antennas and dishes since then. You’ve probably seen one of our trucks going around the Upper Valley. With over 10,000 installations, we’ve got the expertise and experience you need to get the job done right.

All of our work is done by Satellite Video employees, not subcontractors. The quality work of our technicians adds to our company's strength and our customer satisfaction rate. We pride ourselves on working as a team to give you the service you deserve. As your neighbors, we’re looking out for your best interests.

· Service. When you’re purchasing an exciting new product like satellite television or home theater, the last thing on your mind is “What if it breaks?”. We take service seriously and give it priority, even over sales. Our five technicians are trained to service all our products. We don’t take vacations (at least not all at the same time!) so you’ve always got service as close as your telephone.

· All of our employees are SBCA certified to perform the work required. In this constantly changing field updating skills are important, and we place a high priority on our training. We attend national training sessions and meet regularly in-house to stay informed.

Chris Stocking has been with us since 1985. He’s a veteran of over 20 years of custom tech home installations. From Home Theater to Dish Network to Commercial Systems he has the experience and expertise to do a great job.

Jeff Pearsons has been with Satellite Video since 1990. Like Chris, he’s experienced in home theater, Dish Network, and Commercial systems. Jeff is an expert at wiring our most complex jobs and making them look neat!

Richard Berry began working for Satellite Video in 1995. Since then he’s been installing our Dish Network systems. He’s the veteran of over 1800 installations! If it has to do with satellite, he probably knows about it!

Zaw Oo began working for Satellite Video in 2004, he has quickly become our tech guru. He installs Dish Network, Wildblue, and handles any computer and home networking that we come across.

Dave Adams, a 1996 graduate of Western New England College, came on board in 2005 after being around the business all his life. He takes care of sales installations and making the office work.

Betsey Adams, a 1970 graduate of the University of Vermont, takes care of our books, answers the phone, and handles most of the problems associated with programming.

John Adams, also a 1970 graduate of UVM, started the whole thing with Betsey back in 1981. He has more experience with television and audio than just about anyone in the area.
